Senior RF Optimization Engineer (Ecuador) - ZTE, Nokia, VoLTE
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Radio Optimization Engineer will be required to work within a team of RF engineers and to perform UMTS VoLTE, LTE network optimization activities. Multivendor knowledge: ZTE and Nokia LOCATION: Ecuador
DURATION: 1 year
ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES
. Highly experienced in Radio Networks, with focus on 3G/4G. Vendors equipment, parameters and features.
. Radio Optimization of 3G and 4G mobile networks with strong focus on troubleshooting and KPIs improvement.
. Analysis of KPIs, L3 signalling procedures and improvement of network quality and capacity problems.
. Implementation of new features and tuning radio network parameters.
. Perform RF performance activities in customer projects independently, according to project plan and in project managers guidance
. Provide advice and support to customers
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
. Education: Degree qualified in Telecommunications Engineering.
. At least 5 years of Mobile network optimization experience with different vendor technologies.
. End-user/customer problem investigation.
. Results oriented with focus on product quality and customer satisfaction.
. Team player, open communication and ability to work in international environment.
