ServiceNow Project Manager with profound Project Management knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Degree in Comupter Science or equivalent
- 5+ years' practical knowledge in IT Project Management
- Working experience with consulting services included working with offshore development teams, Service Now Discovery and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with IT concept deployments of enterprise scale
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Creating and specifying project plan for Service Now Discovery, Mid-Server technology as well as leading the delivery effort and account for milestone targets according to the project plan
- Working with Configuration Management Database team according to CMDB requirements in Configuration Items and attributing Service Now Discovery
- Managing customisation of Discovery probes along with supporting development of requirements and workshops and trainings with stakeholders
- Developing exclusion and inclusion processes for CI's, ensuring Integration and Uniform of Discovery concept deployment as well as working as an Interface with Technical Infrastructure Services IT function on deployments
- Reporting risks, key decisions and progress against plan, which feeds into the ITSM and wider Program Governance model
- Collaborating with Project Management to assist with monitoring and tracking escalation of issues coupled with driving issue resolution
