SKILLS/DESCRIPTION: Deliverables, main activities and accountabilities:
. Support end-users who are using MyServiceDesk and act as a point of escalation when needed.
. Provide daily follow-up of VIP tickets (incidents and requests) to ensure right level of quality.
. Deploy and Support the iPad Pro refresh project for VIPs.
. Deploy and Support the Windows 10 migration for VIPs.
. IT tools and processes (Windows 10, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Outlook, Altiris, IOS devices, etc)
. Relationships building
