Interface Engineer
Exciting opportunity for an Interface Engineer to join an innovative technology company working on implementing our interface with external clients.
You will be responsible for planning, implementation, and testing of our interface and data exchange solution solutions between us and external client endpoints for ATD and EMR data. Other responsibilities include assisting with architecture, utilizing and troubleshooting interface engines, documenting the solution, and support.
This is an initial 6 month contract with the option to extend up to 18 months, based in Alpharetta. You can telecommute 2 to 3 days a week after training. Great opportunity to work on challenging implementation projects and work with a top notch team. There could be some limited travel (10%) for meetings or training.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 2+ years implementing interface and data exchange solutions
- Experience with interface engines (prefer Rhapsody or Mirth Connect)
- HL7
- EDI/X12
- Communication protocols (prefer TCP/IP, DICOM, UAI)
- HIPAA
- EMR
- Consultative personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check including drug test
