Description
As an Enterprise Architect working, you will support the business application development teams by:
Solving business challenges with an Enterprise Architecture solution
Understand the business requirements and strategy
Create technical diagrams
Agree with project managers on proposed solution, taking into account the existing Reference Architecture, cost and feasibility
Talking technical and business language
Strong communication and collaboration with application project teams and external vendors
Drive consensus across different IT departments
You are able to handle several projects in parallel, where your main responsibility is:
To understand the Detailed User Requirements (Use Cases)
Draw solution architecture diagrams, driven by business needs
Reach consensus on the proposed solution within EA and IT Development teams
Follow up on implementation and occasional code quality checks
Explain technology direction to a technical audience
Explain complex issues to a non-technical audience and executives
Deliver within agreed timelines
Key competencies within Enterprise Architecture
Follow up on cutting edge software with practical experience on:
o Cloud based solutions (SAAS/PAAS)
o Azure and Amazon Cloud technologies
o Identity Management Solutions, Authentication/Authorization
o Heroku, Kafka, Event Driven ArchitectureAgile Scrum experience
Focusing on Resource Oriented Architecture (research, evaluation and POC)Software development experience with excellent knowledge in:
o Web Tiers (Apache/Jetty/IIS/Javascript frameworks/HTML5)
o Java
o Service Tiers (Spring/Hibernate)
o Data Tiers (JPA/JDBC/ODBC)
o Database solutions (RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL, DB2)/MongoDB, ElasticSearch)
o Middleware (Camel, ActiveMQ, CXF)
o Enterprise Integration Patterns
o RESTful web services/JSON/JMS
o Development tooling (Maven, SVN, Confluence, JIRA, Bamboo )Fluent in English, stress resistant and team player
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in Enterprise Architecture
This role is to start ASAP and will pay between EURO per day.
