As part of corrective and scalable maintenance for a customer
- In charge of the processing of level 3 tickets sent by the customer.
- The processing of these tickets may require the realization of configuration, corrective procedure writing to be executed in production or development.
- Possible intervention on the evolutionary maintenance by writing detailed impact analyzes describing the solution to be implemented in view of the need expressed by the client
