We are looking for a
Physical Design Engineer with Focus on P&R (m/f)

Your tasks:
  • Create a robust power distribution network on toplevel according to the design specification
  • Special net routing on Toplevel
  • Perform hierarchical power analysis for leakage and dynamic power
  • (Optional) Perform mixed-signal simulations for the power distribution network


Your qualifications
  • Profound know-how of Synopsys ICC/ICC2 and PTPX
  • Solid know-how of Spice/XA/Titan
  • Good know-how of Matlab
  • Fluency in English
