My client is looking for an ITSM Architect for a 12 month contract role

Day to Day responsibilities will be:

Contribute to delivery project through assessment, design and implementation planning of the Service, Systems and Network management solution
Provide assessments of technologies proposed for the management of services, applications, systems, storage and networks
Support the definition of technology requirements and the configuration of Service, Systems and Network Management technologies in support of target state process designs
Ensure that all solutions developed are documented to suitable levels
Ensure that all solutions are designed and developed using a Systems Engineering best practice approach
Contribute to planning, description and execution of the configuration, implementation and integration of Service, Systems and Network management technologies
Contribute to the development of client deliverables such as assessment reports, requirement documents, technical architecture designs, operational procedures, user guides and training plans
Organize and document findings of studies, develop proofs of concept and prepare recommendations for implementation of systems and their operational procedures
Manage client relationships in delivery roles
Work with third party suppliers providing system components
Ensure system integrity is maintained and that all applicable standards are maintained

Essential Skills and Experience
3-7 years of experience in Telco or ICT operations and/or support
Knowledge of Industry Standards for Service, Systems and Network management
o TM Forum Frameworx (eTOM, SID et al)
o ITIL v3
o ITU-T M.3050.x (eTOM)
o ITU-T M.3190 (SID)
o ITU-T M.3400 (FCAPS)
o Protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP V3, 802.1x, VOIP)
Devices:
o Switches/Routers (preferably Cisco)
o ACS - Remove, listed above under products
o Packet Shapers
Other (AD, PKI, HyperV Virtual environments and hosts, MySQL, TMS)

o CA Spectrum
System and Device Performance Management:
o CA Performance Center
o CA Network Flow Analysis
o CA Application Delivery Analysis + probes
Service Management
