Service Desk Support

For one of my leading tech clients in Holland I am urgently looking for a Dutch speaking Service Desk Support Agent.

As an ICT Service Desk Support Agent, you are the first point of contact for colleagues with questions about their computer, applications, incidents and service requests. You ensure that problems, malfunctions and other incidents are resolved as quickly as possible. You coordinate, register and classify notifications. You always see if you can provide a solution yourself. In addition, you manage services, complex applications and user accounts.

You will provide support to over 500+ colleagues with front-line support handling questions as independently as possible according to the principles 'first time right' and 'first time resolution in addition to being responsible for the monitoring, progress and handling of the reports.
Essentially you will have good experience with various Microsoft solutions and user management and incident resolution.
Dutch language skills essential.

Location: Groningen.
Contract: 6months +
Rates: Negotiable.
