Security Systems Administrator
Immediate need for a Security Systems Administrator to join a worldwide industry leading SaaS company in Atlanta!
As the Security Systems Administrator, you will join an existing and established InfoSec team responsible for architecting, deploying and supporting the security infrastructure of enterprise Cloud Service platforms. You will be the liaison between the InfoSec Engineering team and Operations teams to augment the deployment and configuration of security tools and platforms in standing environments, both Linux and Windows. This includes log management, security event monitoring, vulnerability assessment, and other infrastructure monitoring tools. The ideal candidate will have experience standing up both Linux and Windows Servers with advanced knowledge of various security platforms (vulnerability assessment, SIEM, logging, etc).

Required Skills:
- 5+ years Security Systems Administration in a virtualized enterprise environment
- Advanced Windows and/or Linux system administration (highly prefer candidates who have Windows and Linux)
- Advanced experience with security tool platforms like Vulnerability Assessment, SIEM, and Logging
- SIEM experience - AlienVault is highly preferred (AlienVault, ArcSight, Splunk, QRadar, LogRhythm, etc)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Skills:
- CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent)
- Scripting experience with PowerShell, bash, Perl or other languages with understating of programming logic
- Understanding of configuration and function of common protocols and services such as DNS, SMTP, SSH
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and other LAN/WAN networking protocols such as DHCP, VPN, NAT
- Advance understanding of Active Directory domain services, functionality and administration
- Experience with VMware vSphere ESXi, vCenter, NSX, and related products
