Client Migration Support Analyst is required to join our Financial Services Client for initial 8 month contract based in Edinburgh. This role can pay up to £342/day.

Our Client is recruiting for an Analyst to support the migration of their Commercial Banking Customers from Legacy channels to a new strategic on-line channel. Contract Analysts are required to supplement bau second and third line support teams over a period of peak activity as a result of migration activity.

As part of this role you will be required to:
* Manage specific client issues or queries through to resolution which may include seeing problems through to resolution by taking issue out to wider subject experts.
* Support clients & colleagues as on-line channels SME's
* Take responsibility for the development and implementation of specific deliverables and ensuring these are achieved to time and quality
* Facilitate first class client support enabling the client to make best use of the new Commercial online banking service.
* Offer feedback to and share best practice with team members as required
* Identify themes for remediation by IT or a service improvement

To be considered for this role, applicants should have the following skills:
* Experience providing Client Support, either directly or in a helpdesk role
* Excellent communication and customer/client focus
* Ability to delivers courteous and prompt service in a professional manner
* Understanding of client needs and concerns
* Strong time management and organisation skills are required
* Attention to Detail
* Understanding and experience of migration activity and potential client impact
* Experience of providing training would be beneficial
* Demonstrable experience of MS Office

Knowledge/experience of Commercial Banking or Digital Banking projects would be beneficial.
