Description
We have received an urgent request for a Server/Storage/Backup Snr Consultant with NetApp and/or VMWare experience with 8 years+ relevant experience. ITIL v.3 Foundation Certificate is a preferred requirement (not essential). The role will involve to provide operation management of the end customer ICT production environment including debugging & analysing reported issues/escalations, intervene on ICT infrastructure (Servers, workstations) and onsite installation/migration/maintenance missions. Combined with 3rd level on-call standby service and technical lead activities.
