Job Role:
- Analysis of Change Requests from the external IT infrastructure provider
- Examine and confirm the technical proposals provided by the provider in response to our client's project requirements
- Examines, evaluates and authorizes IT infrastructure changes proposed by our provider.
- Interprets application connectivity orders/requests and raises network connectivity, Internet Proxy and Firewall requests to the provider. Ensures requests are processed in a time organised manner.
- Take ownership of the provider change management process
- Assure alignment with the internal process
- Produce reporting and dashboard for Change activities
- Control and confirm the monthly SLA report (for Change's KPI)
- Reinforce/Improve the partnership with the provider on Change Management Process activities
- Manage the operational escalation efficiently on Changes activities
- Increase and manage the provider Changes activities
- produce the connectivity to remote teams to align the provider with our client best practices
- organise/Manage operational risk effectively on Change Management
Experience required:
- Experience in an IT infrastructure Change Management environment
- knowledge and experience of server technology: Unix AIX/Solaris, Linux, Windows
- , Citrix XenApp, VMware
- knowledge of Storage: SAN (EMC+IBM), NAS (NetApp)
- Excellent knowledge of ITIL Processes (Incident Problem Change)
- Worked in a financial institution and familiar with the CSFF/security
- Constraints that apply to IT infrastructure
