Investment Operations Senior Analyst - Fund Management (Contract); thinkFolio, Middle Office
We are seeking a senior investment operations analyst or manager, on contract, London/City based, with experience in investment management.
The client is a medium sized investment manager, with an outsourced Middle Office. Their primary Front Office platform is thinkFolio - of which experience is critical.
The role is a mix of leadership and management with hands-on activities across the whole of the Middle Office, from trading support and the trade life cycle, through cash processing, reconciliations, settlement issue resolution, security pricing and the like. With outsourced investment operations the focus is on oversight, guidance, and issue resolution rather than on performing the primary processes.
Experience across both segregated accounts ( separately management accounts/client accounts ) and collective funds is required, preferably of both on-shore and off-shore funds.
Much of the focus of the role is in supporting fund managers (so Front Office experience is required) and the role extends to liaison with the outsourced Middle Office.
Breadth of asset class experience is important, including both Fixed Income, and Equities, also preferably of Multi Asset; as the client has a separate team for Derivatives Middle Office, experience in this latter area is not critical.

• Broad Investment Operations experience across the whole trade life cycle, at Senior level
• thinkFolio (critical)
• Institutional Investment Management across Segregated Accounts and Collective Funds
• On-shore funds and Off-shore funds (preferably)
• Fund Manager Support/Front Office
• Outsourced Middle Office liaison
• Fixed Income, Equities, and preferably Multi Asset
• Security Pricing (preferably).

This is a is an initial 6 month contract offering a competitive rate with a well regarded asset management organisation.
