Major Accountabilities:
-He / she should be a key player in establishing, maintaining and continuously improving Control Loops for respective parameter groups.
-Responsible to adopt & optimize production processes to improve yield for b123, b221, classical electrodes, reagents and quality control / releases based on six-sigma principles.
-Responsible for further development of the production process for the BG & E processes and active involvement in new development to ensure DQM and lead design transfer into operations.
-He / she wants to be a key participant in the manufacturing problem. Required Skills:
-Must have good proven problem solving skills in IVD production / operations environment with a strong customer focus.
-Must have strong analytical skills; using statistical analysis (eg SAS JMP), Six Sigma tools and techniques eg design of experiments
-must have good experience in the field of thick film sensors used as in vitro diagnostics of blood gas and electrolyte determination
-must have knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality system regulations (FDA QSR).
Soft Skills:
-Must be enthusiasm to take responsibility and proactively collaborate with a highly engaged team of process development specialists, process engineers, technical engineers and operators by creating solutions which take their diverse perspectives into account
-Must be very much Inspired to learn manufacturing technologies and continuously improve various BG & E processes with a hands on approach to verify hypotheses in a lab environment.
IT Skills:
-Track record of strong analytical skills; using statistical analysis (eg SAS JMP), Six Sigma tools and techniques eg design of experiments
Nice to have:
-Experience working with SAP is plus.
-Experience in Pharma Domain.
Education:Bachelors OR MastersUniversity Degree in Natural Science (ie Biotech / Biology, Chemistry, Material Science, Engineering / Mechantronics)
Languages:
-Fluent in English (Writtern & Oral).
-Fluent in German
