Support Engineer, Shannon, Ireland, 1st/2nd level support, SCCM, Landesk, W7/10 ITIL, €Good
We are looking for an experienced desktop engineer to join our client on an initially 3 month contract to provide a support service to the in house users and remotely for other parts of the organisation.
Y ou will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues in their main Ireland sites and provide remote support for the rest of the company in mainland Europe..
You will support a variety of platforms including PC's and mobile devices, and some infrastructure challenges. You will also be asked to help out with projects work such as desktop deployments and upgrades.
You will need to be very customer focused and well organised so you can take and keep meticulous records and maintain full confidentiality with the issues you are assigned to deal with.
You will need to have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience using desktop environments and software delivery tools such as SCCM or similar, and be familiar with Scripting tools.
