Job Description:
- 1 to 3-year experience as a Support Engineer, IT Help-Desk Technician or similar role
- Familiar with ITIL processes
- Develop and maintain system documentation, run-books (CMSDB, SOP, Application Card)
- Troubleshoot and resolve system or provisioning issues
- Perform customer call backs and monitor calls through to resolution
Technology scope:
- Windows MS SQL Server
- SQL Server Management Studio
- IIS Administration
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of SAP FI-CO
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
- Knowledge of SAP Concur
