A Leading European Insttitution has tasked me to identify a SharePoint Expert to join their team on an initial 12 month contract based in The Hague, Holland.
Background informationYour services are needed on a temporary basis mainly to support SharePoint-related activities, including (i) SharePoint 2013 configuration, (ii) development of functionalities in SharePoint 2013, (iii) deployment of SharePoint configured and developed solutions; (iv) preparation of relevant documentation.
Tasks to be performed
The consultant will perform the following tasks/services related to the solution:
- Provide development and SharePoint 2013 configuration competences needed to implement changes on a web solution, bases on SharePoint 2013 platform;
- Provide architecture competences (when requested) needed to implement changes in the web solution based on SharePoint 2013 platform;
- Provide assistance to Europol in finalizing deployment packages and applying those packages to respective environments;
- Support product owners in identifying and classifying problems reported while using the current solution; work on fixing of the reported problems based on priorities assigned by the TPM or/and PM;
- Work in close collaboration with a team of developers, testers, operations specialists, requirements experts and project managers in successful and timely delivery of organizational Intranet solution;
Prepare needed technical documentation to enable eventual handover of responsibilities and future maintenance of the system upon its delivery to the business unit responsible to take ownership of it
