SCCM Troubleshooter - Dutch Speaking - Senior

Leading IT system integrator is looking for Senior SCCM Troubleshooter - Dutch Speaking to support customer in Amsterdam.

Key Responsibilities:

As Senior SCCM Troubleshooter you will be responsible for support application owners in making their vendor supplied software available on a new Windows 10 platform. Currently, most applications have been packaged for a Windows 7 platform and the resource will work with application owners to get their application/packages also working on the Windows 10 platform.

Main focus will be analysing and solving findings from Technical Test, User Acceptance Test of business applications and production issues in an international banking environment.

This will include understanding why an application or package does not work on the new Windows 10 platform and/or why it does not communicate correctly with its relevant Back End.

Additionally this role will also include checking compliance with the new platform, working with other parties (W10 platform build/Firewall/network team/vendors) to resolve issues and working with packaging team to have complex applications packaged.

Essential skills:

Experience in analysing and solving findings in a Workplace environment, especially in applications:

Windows 10 Enterprise/Office 365 C2R/SCCM CB/AppSense/MS group policies/

Experience in analysing and solving findings in Application Packaging for MSI and AppV packages.

Able to discuss the same set of issues and actions with parties that can be highly technical (Windows Experts, Firewall/network teams) or not technical at all (end users, process coordinators, etc.)

Dutch & English
