Job Title: SQL Database Administrator (DBA)

Job Location: Luxembourg
Contract Rate: Euro 450 Max per day
Contract Length: 3 Months with rolling 3-month extensions
Our Client, one of the world's foremost IT Consultancies, is looking to recruit a Contract SQL Database Administrator (DBA) to join their client in Luxembourg.
- Administrate Microsoft SQL server's database
- Manage and maintain backup & recovery procedures
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery strategies
- Manage Security and access control
- Perform monitoring, tuning SQL
- Patch of database servers
- Refine and automate regular processes
- Assist other departments solving DB related issues
Skills & Experience
- Experience working with SQL Server 2008R, SSIS and SSRS
- Experience in installation and patching of SQL Server 2008R
- Experience in migration from 2008R2/2012 to 2016
- Experience with high availability technologies
- Ability to analyze and modify existing store procedures
- Ability to detect and troubleshoot SQL Server related issues
