Main tasks:
- Create high-level SW project plan
- Create, prioritize and maintain product backlog (Epics, Stories)
- Convey vision, goals to scrum team
- Planning and development of resources
- Manage external / internal Change Request
- Interface with customer (OEM, Program Teams)
- Responsibility for success of project and costumer representation
- Feedback to program team on software readiness
- Lead program’s software quote
- Organization and facilitation of workshops
- Synchronization between sub-products, maximize reuse
- Respect quality requirements of the Software Design Process
Main qualifications
- Study of electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent qualification – Master Degree
- Profound experience in the automotive industry in the field of software development
- Scrum experience and awareness
- Work experience in distributed team environment
- Appropriate work experience in the field of embedded software
- Good German and English skills
- Independently working and a communicative, strong team player
