Description
Large financial organisation is looking for an experienced EUC Infrastructure Analyst, to provide advice, administration, design and operational support to their Windows Desktop and Citrix infrastructure environment. You should be comfortable and flexible to work within BAU and project-related duties, providing first class technical advice and initiative. Core skills for the role are:
- Experience of building & supporting a Windows desktop image.
- Support of Citrix environments and to develop a new Citrix infrastructure using Citrix XenDesktop
- Proven experience of Windows 7 and knowledge to support Windows 10 desktop operating systems
- Experience working in similar large working environments (3000+ users)
The role requires you to provide the following services:
- Liaise with workstream leads, project managers, the programme manager and support teams
- Prioritise workload and manage multiple activities
- Support & maintain the current end-user Windows 7 image and develop/support the Windows 10 image
- Support the transition to The Cloud
- Provide documentation, deliverables and undertake tasks as directed by your manager
