Cisco CUCM/CCX Specialist (HKI, JKL, TRE)
The project is a system renewal for a client in the safety sector.
My client is building a call management system that should be integrated into the client's system and calls. The client's systems are Cisco Unified Communications Manager/Call Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (CCX).
The assignment includes documentation and introduction to the rest of the staff, too.
The professional looked for knows how to develop CUCM or knows how to use its interfaces. Experience in CCX is highly appreciated.
Finnish language is a must for that the system is in Finnish.
The initial length of the contract will be for 2 months but with the view to extend.
The work can be done on-site in Helsinki, Jyväskylä or Tampere. Start is most likely to be in the beginning in August but earlier suggestions are also welcomed.
This is a key hire for this client and there would be lots of opportunity to develop and progress within the role.
