Software Engineer Azure/Node.JS/TypeScript/React
For an innovative high-tech organization in Eindhoven, we are looking for a full-stack software engineer who has experience in delivering cloud solutions. Preferably, you have used one or more of Azure, Node.JS, TypeScript or React. You are not a copy-pasting Front End engineer but a real software engineer who knows his/her SOLID principles.
In this job, you'll be working on the expansion and improvement of an online measurement platform. You will be doing this in a SCRUM team of 6 colleagues, with who you will do brief daily stand-ups and work together with in sprints. Because this is a large new project, you get to work with a wide range of technologies. You and your team have all the freedom to determine the approach.
A typical workday
This organization is flexible when it comes to working hours. All employees are there between 9:30 and 16:00 am, but it is no problem if you prefer to start earlier or later. You quickly check the continuous integration system (Jenkins) to see whether the nightly build has gone well. Everything is OK: the build, the unit tests, and the end-to-end tests. The code coverage is still within limits.
During the day, you and your colleagues work on different parts of the feature, and finally you pair-program integrating the parts.
