Description
ICT Operational Engineer Senior wanted for our Lausanne based client in the telecommunications sector.Your experience/skills:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent working experience in Systems and Networks
- 5+ years' practical knowledge in a service company, especially in the banking sector with training in HES or Engineering
- Proficiency in Windows and VMWare Systems Administration, Linux, Hyper-V, Active Directory Services, IIS, DFS, PKI Certificates (Safewalk), Exchange 2013, Citrix (XenApp, Netscaler, Xenmobile), Network (Cisco) and MAS
- Good understanding of Azure, OMS and Amazon environments
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Conducting the operations, resolution of incidents and problems
- Managing requests for changes of the customers
- Contributing to the respect of the commitments as well as to the expected service levels
- Ensuring good quality of service
