An exciting new opportunity has arisen for one of our Global Renewable Engineer clients. They are currently looking for an MV/HV Manager for their offshore wind farm project. The Consultant will be required to complete OFTO and O&M manuals plus documentation for the transmission asset for their wind farm project. This role is due to start from 1st July 2018 up until 31st December 2018 with the possibility to extend further thereafter. This is a 5 day working week, 8 hrs a day, 2-5 travelling days/months must be expected.Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the HV/MV equipment.
- Make sure that the project is delivered on time.
- Adhere to the client's guidelines and standards which are in force (PinQREN and MAKS required).
- Take part in project team meetings.
- To make sure best practices are implemented by technical departments.
- Must have practical and theoretical experience within electrical HV/MV components in onshore/offshore substations.
- Must be a good project engineer (technically skilled, good planner and decision maker).
Special Provisions:
- The Consultant must bring his/her own mobile telephone (i-Phone 4S,5C, 5S, 6 or 6+ or a Window phone 8.1 & PC with MS Office software.
- Have own PPE equipment.
