Our direct client located near Cleveland is looking for a Queue administrator. Responsibilities will include organizing incoming service ticket requests for hardware, software, and other technical support.. The position sits in the warehouse but all responsibilities are administrative. Having a technical background or previous work in a technical environment is very helpful. Apply today!Required:
High School diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of two years of related work experience (eg, administrative support position in a professional work environment, IT help desk or customer service oriented position)
Ability to operate a PC with experience using Microsoft Office products
Technical aptitude, including familiarity with IT terminology (eg, network, client, telecom)
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Listening, verbal and written communications skills
Organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
Ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly
Customer service skills with the ability to remain sensitive and responsive to customers needs
Ability to pay close attention to details
