Our client a Swiss multinational pharmaceutical company is looking for a Professional Desktop Support Analyst to join their team in Basel for an initial 4 months contract.The candidate will be responsible for the migration of current GMP Manufacturing IT Systems from current windows policies to new pre-defined policies and testing the systems after migration.
The ideal candidate must have 5 to 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as in a regulated environment with Computer System (laboratory experience as 2nd level support). Candidate must also have 5 to 7 years of experience with business processes in the manufacturing and laboratory environment and previous experience in system installation and maintenance of operation systems.
