Windows Administrator - L2 - Window Patch Management Spain
Skillset: Windows Patch Management & Windows Server Administration,
Tools: Windows Server Update Services, Windows Update, WSUS
Remote Management Tools: TightVNC, Shype, Remote Desktop Protocol, HP iLO, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the tracking of newly discovered vulnerabilities and the associated patch compliance, as they apply to the Servers and workstations in the organization
Responsible for adhering to the organization's patch distribution policies, disaster recovery guidelines, and target service levels
Reviewing patch compliance reports, and following up with Regional IT Managers when compliance is outside the established boundaries
Responsible for the testing of patches against the most commonly used Workstation and Server configurations in the environment.
Also responsible for testing each patch's compatibility with business critical applications
