- Reviews, analyses, evaluates systems requirements and user needs by interacting with internal users and customers
- Design a system flow from the ground up.
- Document deliverables (processes decomposition diagrams, data models, data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams and network diagrams.)
- Provides technical guidance to business and project team members
- Determines impact of business needs upon current system configurations, researches, evaluates, designs and proposes technology solutions
- Determines impact of business needs upon existing processes and skill sets.
- Interact with the system architect
- Develops and publishes standards and procedures for on-going operations
Requirements:
- B2 level of English minimum. Any knowledge of French is considered a strong asset.
- Windows Server administration.)
- Active Directory and Group Policies administration.
- PowerShell Scripting skills (Patching, Security, packages, antivirus)
- Microsoft Office products (Office ).
- Client environment (Windows 7/10).
- Windows configuration & troubleshooting (registry, configuration files ...)..
- ITIL v3 certification is mandatory
- One additional certification in the field of System Administration is mandatory (eg MCSE, RHCSA, VCP, NCSA ...)
