- Salary/Package - 500 per day
- Languages: Dutch and English speaking.
Description-
You contribute to the support/management of a number of first and second line support groups
- Analysis and solution of more difficult problems
- Drafting procedures
- Follow-up of incidents and problems
Profile
- You have a Bachelor/Master ICT or you have an equivalent level of knowledge through experience.
- You have a thorough Technical knowledge of
- Windows Server and Workstation
- Powershell
- Knowledge of some of the following applications is a must
- Office 365
- Citrix/Remote App
- WSUS
- 3par
- Appv, UEV
- Direct Access
- ADFS
- You are communicative and you have a customer-oriented attitude. The quality of your service comes first for you
- You are stress resistant, result oriented, and you ensure that deadlines are met
- You can work independently but you are also a team player
- You are eager to learn and are motivated to keep up-to-date and you closely follow technological evolutions
- You are administratively strong, and you can structure processes and projects
- You can easily handle the most common PC programs
