Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a key financial services client based in Brussels, Belgium. This position is working within the Global Security team and is responsible for the engineering and maintenance of key security systems, primarily the ArcSight Event Correlation System. This role is within an English-speaking team, but good knowledge of French would be beneficial.
Some of the Key Responsibilities are:
- Working towards improving the existing process and procedures required for security monitoring operations
- Co-ordinate projects and issues with ArcSight support, professional services teams and the WAN team
- Complete operational responsibility for the ArcSight Event Correlation System
- Define and execute deployment of new releases, patches, documentation and new systems whilst maintaining current operational event flows
Key Experience required:
- Good understanding of network and security monitoring architecture
- Operational experience of maintaining networks and SIEM environment, especially ArcSight
- Knowledge of entire TCP/IP or OSI Network protocols
- Knowledge of other detection/monitoring solutions such as Splunk, Q-Radar, EDR, DLP and MS ATA/
- CISSP certification would be preferred
- Knowledge of French is preferred, English is essential
