Description
Senovo IT is urgently looking for a Field Engineer in Amsterdam for a long term assignment.
The Field Engineer should have the following skills/experience:
Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment in plant and campus
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Including desktops, laptops, tablets and printers.
Knowledge of networks and Servers
Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
Possess excellent customer service skills
Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
Inspect and test wiring to locate and repair problems as well as ensuring that all specifications are met
Active participation daily/weekly/monthly meetings and timely submission of reports
Provide 24x7 on-call with the ability to be onsite within 2 hours for major issues
