Field Service- Amsterdam- Netherlands- Immediate requirement
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment in plant and campus
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Including desktops, laptops, tablets and printers.
- Knowledge of networks and Servers
- Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
- Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
- Inspect and test wiring to locate and repair problems as well as ensuring that all specifications are met
- Active participation daily/weekly/monthly meetings and timely submission of reports
- Provide 24x7 on-call with the ability to be onsite within 2 hours for major issues
