Field Service- Amsterdam- Netherlands- Immediate requirement

Skills and Experience Needed:

  • Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment in plant and campus
  • Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Including desktops, laptops, tablets and printers.
  • Knowledge of networks and Servers
  • Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
  • Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
  • Inspect and test wiring to locate and repair problems as well as ensuring that all specifications are met
  • Active participation daily/weekly/monthly meetings and timely submission of reports
  • Provide 24x7 on-call with the ability to be onsite within 2 hours for major issues
