Description
Service Desk Analyst required to provide remote 1st & 2nd Line Support on a global Service Desk for professional services company with offices in central London.
- The Service Desk Analyst contract is for 6 months initially with long-term potential for extensions.
- Fortnightly rota - (1) £220 pd Day Shift (2) £250 pd Afternoon/Evening Shift - latest finish is 11 pm
Tech & Requirements
- MS Office: 2010, 2016, (O365 is desirable)
- AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, FTP, Print Services, Security Certificates etc
- Citrix environments
- ITIL background
- ServiceNow or similar
- Professional Services/Corporate/Enterprise companies
