Description

Service Desk Analyst required to provide remote 1st & 2nd Line Support on a global Service Desk for professional services company with offices in central London.

  • The Service Desk Analyst contract is for 6 months initially with long-term potential for extensions.
  • Fortnightly rota - (1) £220 pd Day Shift (2) £250 pd Afternoon/Evening Shift - latest finish is 11 pm

Tech & Requirements

  • MS Office: 2010, 2016, (O365 is desirable)
  • AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, FTP, Print Services, Security Certificates etc
  • Citrix environments
  • ITIL background
  • ServiceNow or similar
  • Professional Services/Corporate/Enterprise companies
