Citrix Systems Engineer - Luxembourg
Languages:
ENGLISH only.
Skills and Experience:
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
- Experience in Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp Citrix Netscaler Gateway solutions.
- Valid Citrix certifications are considered as an advantage (XenApp and xendesktop 7.1x)
- NetScaler - version 12.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize between tasks.
- Ability to handle customer critical issues and work in difficult situations.
Description of work:
- Solve problems in the area of Citrix & NetScaler solutions.
- Realise health checks, pinpoint issues before they impact production.
- Prepare, propose and execute improvement plans & projects (Lifecycle management).
- Solve problems in the area of Citrix solutions.
- Taking ownership of technical incidents and working with delivery teams to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
- Contribute to customer transition projects.
- Ensure compliance (in operations and projects).
- Escalation point for Service Support team.
- Document all system configurations including all troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
