Main tasks:
- Define and maintain the user journeys (list of technology enablement steps) to enable applications within the GLOBE landscape
- Define and validate the service line RACI with the key stakeholders
- Define, implement and maintain the internal practices to implement and sustain the service line
- Ensure applications enablement in line with the RACI and close collaboration with GLOBE Business Solution Streams and GTS teams
- Establish and maintenance of dashboards on available vs. used apps
- Perform dependency analysis of technical components and provide recommendations on necessary upgrades to support the deployment of FIORI apps
- Coordinate activities across functional/technical teams to ensure pre-requisites are implemented to enable deployment of FIORI apps - typically these activities will be conducted as part of a Business Solutions stream NPDI project
- Continuous review of the services to maximize the customer satisfaction
Main qualifications
- Detailed understanding of SAP architecture and promotion to production process
- Technology expertise in SAP backend, gateway, portal & FIORI apps
