Key Responsibilities:
- Daily server monitoring checks
- Implements server requests and changes
- Troubleshoots server issues and incidents
- Maintains server operation guides (user guides)
- Registers server problems
- Drafting of procedures, installation notices and scripts for the
- integration, installation and upgrade of services
- Good command of Windows Server administration. )
- Good command of Windows Active Directory and Group Policies administration.
- Good command of PowerShell Scripting (Patching, Security, packages, antivirus)
- Understanding of the network principles (routing, switching, VLAN, Firewall, protocol)
- Understanding of Linux principles (basic command, basic configuration )
- Microsoft Office products (Office ).
- Windows configuration & troubleshooting (registry, configuration files ...)
