General Description
Desktop management using SCCM which include Software deployment, hot fix update, OS deployment, etc.
Servers management using WSUS which include Microsoft OS security updates and hot fix installation.
Software packaging using AdminStudio packager and deploy using SCCM.
Generating reports using SCCM software inventory and maintain software usage list.
Expect to involve in Wintel Administration and Active Directory as secondary role.
Technical Requirements
Degree/Diploma in IT or any other related discipline from a recognized educational institution.
- Minimum 4 + years managing SMS/SCCM in an enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of Software Deployment using SMS/SCCM.
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and their components.
- Knowledgeable in security patch processes and Software Updates.
- Technical troubleshooting skills (WMI, SQL language for query and report development).
- MSI and EXE application packaging experience using Microsoft AdminStudio(packaging), VBScript and/or powershell Scripting is a plus
- Working knowledge of OS deployment in SCCM( image management, task sequences)
- Knowledgeable of Windows infrastructure services (DNS, WINS, DHCP, etc).
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting of system infrastructures.
- Microsoft Certification in SCCM (70-401) is preferred.
- Good awareness of ITIL standards is a plu
