Positions Available: 1 Engineer
Type: Contract (6 months Rolling)
A Fantastic new role has just opened up at one of our leading Dublin based clients offering the successful candidate the opportunity to join a hard-working team working on exciting projects in the pharmaceutical sector.
The proposed start date is ASAP- We need YOU
Responsibilities include:
- Carry out calibrations and functional testing of instrumented systems
- Carry out problem solving and diagnostic checks on electrical and instrument systems
- Carry out work in compliance with cGMP standards
- Conduct hazardous area inspections and repairs, ensuring all hazardous area equipment complies with the statutory requirements and the appropriate standards are maintained
- Carry out assigned SAP transactions in an accurate and timely manner
- Fault finding, breakdown and repair work
- Carry out problem solving and diagnostic checks on electrical and instrument systems
- Acceptance and hand-back of PTWs
- Carry out maintenance and proof testing on Safety Instrumented Systems
- Carry out maintenance on Medium and Low voltage installations and general electrical systems across the site
- Conduct inspections and carry out preventative maintenance activity
Requirements:
- COMPex certificate is essential
- Recognised craft apprenticeship in one of the core disciplines
- Preferable qualified to minimum level of ONC or equivalent
- Experience in chemical or pharmaceutical industries would be beneficial
- Good fault finding and diagnostics will be essential
- A responsible, confident and hard-working approach to work will be needed, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
