Description
Opportunity:
- Work on site with a large Irish banking organisation to support critical data management programmes.
- Day to day interaction will be with Delivery teams and Senior bank staff (Digital and Data Analytics Executives)
Key Experience:
- 5+ years large scale EDW delivery expertise in Delivery Management or Solution Architecture roles
- Experience with problems of data quality assurance and remediation
- Ability to delve into detail and abstract problem and progress statements as applicable to stakeholder discussions
- Ability to self-manage and prioritise attention across multiple projects
- Transformational architect experience, eg Scrum coaching, change delivery design (estimation, workstream planning, swim-lane interlock etc)
