I am currently looking for a Senior Support Engineer
Key requirements:
- All round system/Support Engineer (virtualization, data storage, server management and Active Directory
- Fluent Dutch and English
- French is a bonus
- 7 years + experience as a Support Engineer
- 7 years + experience with Windows Servers, Virtualization (VMs), Active Directory, network technology (Proxys, Routers, Switches), Database Administration
Tasks:
- Install software programs on infrastructure to provide user-friendly ICT and business support.
- Telephone support to the users.
- Install operating systems, application software or hardware to make small changes to the default settings.
- Administrative tasks in the Ticketing System.
- Assessing recurring problems and providing support in finding solutions to prevent problems.
- Analysing the requirements for the entire chain of the client's platform.
- Updating and maintaining your professional knowledge and technical skills.
