ICT Test Manager: - Testing /Test Engineering /QA / GermanRole Purpose:Our client is looking for a Test Manager who will be responsible to deterministic mine and communicate test policy and test processes and therefore responsible for creating, monitoring and Adapting the test strategy, test plans and test concepts and therefore coordinating and monitoring the defined test Activities with regard to quality, deadlines and costs.
Tasks and Responsibilties:
-Responsible for development of test policies, strategies, plans, methods and processes.
-Responsible to decide whether test activities are outsourced (outsourcing / offshoring); Monitor and accompany any outsourced activities
- Responsible to decide on the implementation of the test environment.
-Responsible for defining and reviewing objectives in cooperation with stakeholders.
-Providing and checking the required test resources (personnel, methods / processes and tools).
-Determining and assigning test rolls
-Ensure all test activities (planning, design, coordination and implementation).
-Responsible to establish and maintain appropriate configuration management.
-Estimation and budgeting of test efforts (time, effort, costs, personnel, etc.)
-Preparation of deviation and bottleneck analyzes (deviations from the test concept, plan and script) and, if necessary, initiation of measures to eliminate deviations and bottlenecks
-Introduce Appropriate metrics to measure progress and evaluate test test and product quality
-Inform about test progress and generate test completion reports based on information collected during testing
-Ensuring quality management within the testing process
-Continuous improvement of test processes
must have requirements:
-Must have 3+ years of experience working as a test manager.
-Good knowledge working in test activities.
-Good experience working in logistics domain.
Nice to Have:
-Good experience working as a Test Manager with Test Engineering tasks.
-Test manager wants to use several applications in the field of internal software development (mostly Java).
-Good experience as a Test Manager in the new Post and Intranet Post environment.
Education:
Bachelor of Arts or Masters degree in applied sciences education with technical certificate, federal diploma.
Languages:
-Fluent in English (Writtern & Oral).
-Fluent in German
