Interim M&A Consultant required for a Private Equity backed global FMCG business.
The individual will work closely with the PE to support the Head of Corporate Development through a combination of financial modelling, execution of transactions, and driving internal M&A pipelines.
Candidates will likely have between 1-7 years' experience at a Big 4 Transaction Services, IBD or in-house Corporate Development role.
London or Amsterdam based, very competitive day rate and option to turn permanent after contract.
