For one of the bigeest retailers in Switzerland, we are currently recruiting for the following:Role: Cisco UC Engineer for Troubleshooting in the Voice Video Team (Service Desk).
Location: Zurich, Swizerland
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Language: Fluent German and French
Rate: CHF 100/hour (subject to tax and deductions)
Field of activity:
- 2nd & 3rd level support ticketing, interfacing with other helpdesks
- Operational support in Cisco voice / video support
- Ticket Handling, Change + Project Request, Change
- Management + documentation), troubleshooting performance issues
- Fluent English and French - English Beneficial
