On behalf of our client, an international financial institute, we are looking for external support with skills and abilities as stated below.
Senior Functional Tester (f/m) Luxembourg P194
Role/Area:
In your position as Functional Tester, you will interface between end-users and IT professionals in order to participate to the testing of a mission critical business relative to Corporate Actions.
Tasks/Responsibilities Area:
- Review and understand the requirements in scope
- Perform the definition of Business Acceptance Criteria and related test cases, participation in their review
- Interface between business and IT development
- During testing phase, execute and validate the prepared test cases
- Work together with business and development to facilitate resolution of issues and defects during the testing phase
Qualifications/Required Skills:
- Master degree or equivalent professional qualification or experience.
- Good experience in Corporate Action Processing.
- Around 3-5 years experiences in a financial institution Back Office, or as analyst in the securities industry will be an asset
- Excellent analytical skills and strong interest in Information Technology
- Ability to derive, write and validate test cases
- Ability to meet challenging project deadlines and deliver in a fast moving and change oriented environment
- Flexibility
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; French/German language skills will be an asset
Assignment:
- Fulltime (100%)
