My client, a leading Financial Services Company is looking for a Callsign Specialist to join their team on a 6 month contract based in Pudsey.
This role is to support the role out of Callsign to be used in a number of integrations throughout the bank. Callsign is designed with multi-layered security to help enterprises instantly detect and mitigate threats with accuracy.
KEY CAPABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
* Technical knowledge of Cloud environments and associated technologies.
* Knowledge of the technical and operational processes used to deploy, support and maintain the technical infrastructure and/or business application services
* Diagnostic skills and an ability to analyse technical information from multiple sources
* Experience in delivering project requirements.
* Ability to identify and drive technology and process improvements
* Experience of operating in a Service Delivery environment with good understanding of frameworks and the Change/Incident processes
* Proven systematic and analytical approach to problem solving with the ability to implement effective business solutions
* Previous experience of installation and configuration cloud server/application services
* Good communication skills (oral and written).
* Scripting.
* Callsign product experience preferred with knowledge of using/implementing SAML/Radius Authentication.
