Description

Key responsibilities will include:

  • End User support across a range of platforms including Apple and Windows
  • Support of the web based applications/cloud technologies
  • Audio-visual (Video conferencing) support
  • Asset Management
  • troubleshooting around Active Directory, Office 365, JIRA and GSuite products.

In order to apply you MUST have a strong background within IT Support which includes:

  • Great Communication skills
  • Great customer service skills
  • Range of technical support skills - Apple and Windows
  • Web based applications
  • Cloud application support
  • 1ST/3ND line support
  • Imaging
  • Setting up new users across the IT systems
  • Video Conference Support

You will have fantastic communication skills as you will be directly dealing with users within the business. You will be working as part of a team so you need to have a strong team/relationship skills and a generally collaborative attitude to work. You may also be called upon to assist with IT projects from time to time.
