Description

Eximius are working on behalf of a global solutions provider who are providing Genesys support services to their client in San Francisco. They require two Genesys Level 3 engineers who can work as part of the clients onsite and global team to support thousands of users in Genesys release 8.1.

The ideal candidate will be an engineer with broad knowledge of the current Genesys product suite.

You will be part of a global support team that provide a follow the Sun workflow plus on call work one weekend in six. You will get paid 6 days worth or rate for the two days on call which effectively means you are able to invoice 6 days per week for the duration of the contract!

You will also be working with a globally recognized E-commerce brand who have fantastic contemporary offices and facilities. You must be able to work in America to apply as my client cannot support visas and they need people to start quickly. Apply now for more information.
