IT Service Specialist/1st Line Support - Gaming client - Stockholm
My leading gaming client are looking for a IT Service Specialist to act as 1st line support focusing on supporting the end users with both hardware and software issues.
About the role:
  • You will be one in a team of nine people responsible for delivering high quality IT support in Sweden
  • Provide technical support to end-users on both hardware and software issues
  • Prepare, configure and deploy workstations, laptops and other user devices upon the onset of a new hire
  • Provide first and second level technical support via our ticket system, email and Slack
About you:
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac client OS
  • Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting
  • The ability to learn and support new applications
  • Likes team-oriented work and collaboration with vendors and partners
